Many Wal Marts ask for ID when using a credit card. I had to use my husband once, and they wanted my id, and I couldn't use his card..
It would probably be less hasle if she went with you, and used the card

Credit cards require a signature at the end of the transaction. Wal-Mart as well as other stores do not ask for an ID. You should obtain a quick note from your mother giving you permission to use her card. Make sure that she signs it and dates it. This will keep you out of hot water if any questions are asked. This does not mean that Wal-Mart Credit won't drop your mother from their service. My brother and nephew use my atm and credit card all the time. They carry a note from me giving them permission to do so.

Do you have her permission?

Since you're asking here I rather doubt it. If so, then no. It's illegal and wrong.
