Have you ever Loved A Woman? Eric Clapton, many versions.
Have you Ever Been Mistreated (5 Long Years) done by Eric Clapton, also.
My new favorite guitarist is Joe Bonamassa.
My least favorite newcomer is the imitation blues guy, John Mayer.
I would agree, LIE TO ME, by Johnny Lang, on his second CD is very good. His latest 5th CD has very little guitar, but an excellent bluesy voice.

To all the Boz Skaggs folks...he stole the damn song from Fenton Robinson, who's quintessential southside of Chicago guitar sound recorded it 3-4 years before Boz cited himself as the writer.

As for the answer to the question: "Don't Answer the Door" by BB King in 1965 or "Blues Power" by Albert King

"Palace Of The King", by Freddy King, from his album "Goin' Down".
It rocked, had great session players like Leon Russell and Don Nix, and helped blur the lines between blues and rock......and still sounds good today.

Tough call, but to play: "Crossroads". To listen to... anything with a smokin' hot guitar player - somebody I can "chase". Wouldn't hurt to have all the other players be fantastic either, like a B3 player.
