Hello fellow "dieter", I purchased the Alli 150 ct starter pack from Costco for $79, BUT and this is a big BUT.. If you are just trying to lose 10-20 vanity pounds, then it's sooooooooooooo not worth it:( Why? Let's say you are on a semi-healthy diet , about 2,000 -3000 cal per day with let's say 30-45grams of fat per day.(That's pretty ample). Alli would only flush out 7-10.5 grams of fat for you that day. 7g x 9cals= 45 cals at .50cents per pill , You just paid a $ 1.00 to lose the same amount you would burn by getting up and taking a 5 min. shower:( This pill is for OBESE people who can't control their fat intake( no offense). It does nothing for sugar and carb, nor calories. The more fat you eat, the more it flushes...So honestly you could lose the weight faster by ANY OTHER FORM OF DIETING:) Don't be BOO BOO the fool like me. I wish I had my 80$ bucks back!

it works only if u stick to the 15g of fat/meal otherwise ull have really bad side effects!! i bought my started box for about $50 at walmart :D
