Well I would use the velveeta and a little bit of milk and melt it and put it over the broccoli and cauliflower mix. Then serve with fish filets. It also depends on how many people are you feeding. If its just you thats what I would eat but if you have like a family of 4 then 3 fish filets isn't going to work.

Season the HB patties and make into salisbury steak. Brown on both sides, add some broth, or water and boullion, or just water to make a gravy. Season up w/ garlic and our seasonings. Simmer over low heat until tender. If you have any onion, toss that in, too.
Make a casserole using your brocc/cauli, velveeta, and the potato soup. Nuke until thawed and slightly cooked. Stir in soup, a handful of shredded velveeta and place in casserole dish.
For another meal use your hot dogs and fish filets. (I'm not sure if you're feeding just you or a whole family, here....)
You can make some has using your frozen FF (chop), the jar of dry beef (chop up), butter, and velveeta. If you have nay onion, throw that in, too.
You can make a fancy scrambled egg dish using the beef and cheese, or make an omelette.
Or, you can make SOS by making a white sauce, w/ your milk, adding the chopped dry beef to it, adn eating over bread (but if you're out..) or noodles or rice.
Make some homemade pudding w/ your milk and eggs... you'll also need sugar, and maybe soem cocoa powder if you've got it and want chocoalte flavored pudding.

OK, just my thoughts. Defrost enough patties to make a pound of ground beef, fry that up and add to mac and cheese. Add a bit of milk and a little Velvetta and the frozen veggies. Season it a bit with whatever sounds good.
Or you could make the potato soup and add a bit of milk and the veggies and a bit of Velvetta. Or you've got enough there for a Velveeta cheese omelette.
Good luck, doesn't this make you feel creative? We try to see how long we can go without buying groceries. We're trying to save up for a vacation...after paying rent. OUCH.

Go buy spaghetti, pasta sauce, and french bread. If you buy store brands, it won't cost that much.
You can use the hamburger patties to make meatballs, just add some seasonings.
Mix the broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts together.
Slice the french bread, add butter, and bake.
Dinner:
Spaghetti w/ meatballs
baked french bread
veggies

Sounds like you have several meals already in your inventory!!!
Why are you saying you are broke and need help with dinner?
You do not need bread to eat dinner. But bread can be bought cheap if you get white bread.

Just make some eggs. Heck, why not make an omelete? It would be a great idea, and that's what I would do if I were you!
