I would say she is sick. You could call the vet and ask one of the nurses for advice. She may tell you what to watch out for that could be serious.

Although she could be depressed, it's likely that she's not well & should go to the vet ASAP. Cats, like many animals, often hide illness as long as they can. If she's not eating or drinking, she really needs to get checked out. If there haven't been any changes or disruptions lately, such as the loss of a friend or a move, she's probably not depressed but sick. Good luck with her.

give her some cat nip or play with her. If she isn't back to her normal self in a few days or if she quits eating and going to the bathroom take her to the vet for a checkup.

Has she been spayed? Usually female cat do that kinda of vocal calling. It is how they call for mates. But also, I've never heard of depression in cats.

Take her to the vet to make sure everything is fine. It could be possible that she is sick. If she is not sick, then try paying more attention to her. Kitties love it when their owners spend lots of time with them. Good luck!

If she is not eating, pooping and peeing normally, please take her to the vet as soon as possible.
Does she have a favourite toy? What does she do if you try to play with her.
