BoDean's Twisted Tea (American?)
Mike's Hard Lemon Iced Tea (Canadian)
Twisted Ice Tea (Sweedish)
These are the only three I've been able to find in a quick web search. The first is made with whiskey, the second from vodka, and I don't know about the third.

If you like sweet drinks, like the Lynchburg Lemonade, you should try the Black Opal:
Vodka
Gin
Triple Sec
Rum
Tequila
Sour Mix
Splash of Chambord

Lynchburg Lemonade... so good. Also try sweet tea (no lemon) with Southern Comfort. My all-time favorite!
