The girl I have dated for the past 4 years broke up with me about 2 months ago, she said she wanted to stay friends and all. But latley I get the feeling her boyfriend is telling her not to talk to me, because all of a sudden she won't answer my calls, emails of myspace messeges. She won't even look at me when she is around me, she just...avoids me... What the heck is going on, is she just pulling away, or what is it?

She obviously doesn't want to lose her current boyfriend. All you can do is respect her choice because its her life, even though it affects you. You wouldn't want to break them up would you? Keep supporting her as a friends, and in the end she'll really appreciate it.

Look, you broke up. It sounds like you're the one who's having trouble letting go. You are probably confused about how you can date for 4 years, and only two months after you've broke up she's already dating and ignoring you, and that bothers you. I think somewhere deep inside you thought she was testing you to see if you'd go stalker on her when you broke up and that you'd get back together when she found out you didn't. Back off. No more than one email a week, and nothing specific, just a hi, checking messages and thought I'd say hi. Stay away from her MySpace messaging. Give yourself more time to be seperated.

Her current b/f obviously does not like the reminder of you. Its her life - if she wants to be witha jealous guy who does not trust her, then thats her problem.

The best you can do is not contact her, just say hi if you meet her, and leave it at that. If she ever needs you as a friend, she may get in touch.

In the meantime, enjoy your own company or find someone else (but not as a substitute!)

Sometimes after you've been in a relationship with someone its hard to do the friends thing so quick.People need a break to change gears and get over things sort out their feelings and move on. her boyfriend could be part of it too. Also many people say thety will remain friends but it feels too awkward and they knew when they said it they weren't gonna be able to do it. give her space awhile-let her come to you.
