..hey all why on les deductions mid-month-pay like what is that for why dose it get taken out your pay whats the point of it? thank you if you can help

Mid month pay simply tells you what you were paid for your mid month pay check. If you were paid once per month, that amount would be zero, and you would get an end of month amount approximately double what you are getting now. It just shows you where your entire paycheck is going.

That's the deposit you're going to get two weeks later.

Your entire month's pay is allocated at the end of the month, and your mid-month pay is deducted for later transfer.

payday is on the 15th and 1st of each month. Mod Month pay is the 15ths paycheck. It covers from the 1st throughthe 15th of the month.

your EOM LES just lists that because technically it is a allotment.
