They are asking that I bring a health care certificate, what is that? a copy of my insurance card? a letter from my doctor? also, I know it's going to suck. Any tips to prepare myself?

A health care certifitcate is like a birth certificate for health.. Wow that didnt help. Let's see.... It' like all of your insuarance/health information. Oh and for tips, try to make friends. They will treat you like a total piece of trash but just try. Friends for 10 days is better than getting made fun of for 10 days =) Good Luck! See you on the other Side!

If you have any allergies or medical conditions that they should be aware of, be sure to provide documentation. That is what they are looking for.
Yes, it will suck, but at least you're there with a bunch of other people wearing pink undies and living in tents. And, I don't say that to be funny. It's reality, you won't be singled out for those reasons.

Find soap on a rope, take a good toothbrush; get a doctors note saying "your healthy" so they can lock you up. If the Doctor says your unhealthym shucks, they may not take you to jail until your well; why is this?????
Because while your in jail they must pay for your Medical care. It is cheaper if your healthy.

go to the dr and get what they ask for. be prepared to be bored for a little while. big deal a whole 10 days! it will not kill you
