Any of the above answers are worth a shot and you should take some decongestants. Believe it or not, your nose, sinuses and ears are all connected and a decongestant will help dry up the liquid in your ears. If the various methods listed by the other answerers and the decongestants don't start clearing this up by Monday and/or you start experiencing pain then you need to go to your doctor to be examined.

I don't know where you live, or what type of wax removal you've tried, but here's a sure fire way that's really inexpensive and will give you some relief. Let your fingers do the walking and call a few health food type stores to see if they sell any "Ear Candles". It's a hollow candle, some made out of a thin wax, others from bees wax, etc. Ask them how much they are. The cheap ones do the same thing as the expensive ones, and the cheap ones should be between $1.50 and $2.00. You need to have someone else help you do it, but what will happen is the candle will pull out any infection, and all the wax build up in your ear and further into the ear canal (the part you can't see). After you do this (takes about 20 minutes give or take), the hollow candle will have either a lot of ear wax or white infection goop in it. After "candling" your ear, you should feel at least somewhat better. If there was just ear wax in the candle, no worries. If you have white goop, that's infection, in which case you definitely need some antibiotics to clear it up. If you need or want more info - just let me know! Hope it helps!

If the fluid is in the back of the ear, you may need to see a physician, it won't be difficult, they will flush the ears with a irrigations system and maybe give you some antibiotics to prevent infection.

If it's not infected you can blow dry your ear, I know it sounds weird but my doc tore would tell me to do that when it was not infected. If it hurts go to the dr. asap. I've had them where they can ruin your life. When you do get out of the pool next time remember to tilt your head and dry your ears. The bacteria lives off the water left in your ears. That's what my dr. told me anyway. Good Luck!

Are you a child? You need to talk to your parents and see a doctor. There are special drops that kill this fungus.

If you are an adult, then you might research rubbing alcohol for this problem. I use it in my ears to kill yeast if I get it. I am not a doctor, so you will have to research it yourself. I just know that I use it.
