WATER! And lots of it. Add a slice of lemon, orange, lime, or even grapefruit if you like and pour over ice or just straight from the cooler. Its good for you and will help flush out the toxins in your body. As an alternative with a fizz, I also enjoy San Pellegrino periodlically when I get a craving for soda. Try it with some sugar free Torani Raspberry syrup and its like a refreshing Italian soda.

water is prolly the best option.. but stay away from "flavored waters" b/c they either cantain aspartame or sucralose (splenda) which both are very unhealthy and man made sweeteners. I use Stevia... its a NATURAL sweetener, they have a bunch of cool flavors. it might be a little weird at 1st though.
um what about Vitamin Water? it uses Fructose(fruit sugar) as sugar. if your allergic to all that stuff, u might wanna think about taking an herbal cleanse if you can... u might have already done this... im not sure... a good brand is RenewLife... also probiotics are good for digestion and renew life also makes those too.
have a great blessed day!

XS Energy drinks.
Why I suggest them:
1. No sugar, no carbs
2. They have three flavors: Root beer, Cranberry-Grape, and Tropical Blast which are caffeine-free
3. They have a great taste.
4. the B vitamins give you energy without messing with you sleep patterns, do not drink two hours before going to sleep.
5. They can be bought online, and you can earn points for free XS with each purchase.

*Sigh* I easily have a happy, healthful almost 18 month previous woman new child. I drank foodstuff plan soda on a daily basis of my being pregnant. And tea with synthetic sweetener, because of the fact I like it to tea with sugar and sugary beverages. I had an effortless being pregnant and a healthful toddler, so I do think of the completed possibility element is overblown. At 33 weeks all the significant bits are accomplished coming up in any experience, so as long as you do not drink gallons of the stuff an afternoon, you should be advantageous. while i replaced into on the element of the tip, the artwork crowd went out for beverages. I went alongside and drank foodstuff plan soda. between the adult men tried to tell me I shouldn't and that i presented him a style of the place he'd positioned on it if he did not close up! the disadvantages of beginning a controversy with a pregnant woman. LOL!

There is a fruit drink on the market called Fuze that is really good. It has lots of stuff in it that is good for you. They even have a line called Slenderize. It is all healthy juices but its low in carbs and calories. I love the banana colada flavor. The green tea is good too.

Nestea has a good green tea also. Regular or citrus that is a diet drink.

You can try bubble tea, sometimes refered to as Boba tea. It's not carbonated, doesn't have a lot of caffine ((if any)), isn't an energy drink, and can be made with soy milk.

Bubble tea is offered in a very large vareity of places such as Zen Cha tea salon, Bento Go Go, TeaLuxe, and Bubbles. There are tons of tea places all over the country and many of them have bubble tea. It's very common on college campuses also.

There are many different herbal teas you can choose from in all kinds of flavors: fruit, citrus, mint, etc. They are reasonably priced, contain no caffeine, and add no calories to your diet. Most of them are naturally sweet and/or tasty, so you don't have to add sugar. You can brew it by the pitcher and just keep it in the fridge to have a healthy cool drink all summer!

water is alwasy good, but since you think its boring try adding slices of lemon or lime, or even some fruit. try this:
fill a glass of water, add 2 or three lemon slices [squeeze the juice into the water first], and sprinkle with sugar. low in cals and carbs, and its refreshing. it has a slight taste of lemonade without it being overpowering and sickening.

expirement with different kinds/combinations of citrus and other fruits.

hope that helps! good luck with your diet!
