IF THE KIDS WOULD STICK TO THE RULES THEIR WOULD BE NO NEED FOR THEM TO BE WATCHED. BUT THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT KIDS WILL SIDE STEP AND DO THINGS THEY SHOULDN'T THUS THE NEED FOR MONITORS. WHY WOULD THEY HAVE A STALKER CHARGE FOR DOING THEIR JOB?

Their not stalkers or child predators. Since the advent of computers, there has been a need for monitoring in learning institutions. This is a way to prevent children from being exposed to inappropriate materials at school.

i don't think so, because in order to watch the kids, the parents/guardian must sign in with a un and pw, and also watching your kid on the computer cannot be counted as stalking, just like watching someone on tv cannot be either
