Satan led a rebellion in Heaven and caused 1/3 of the angelic realm to fall with him. It would only have been a "moot point" had he not started thinking he was higher than He who CREATED him! He stands as the principal ACCUSER of saints to the Throne of God (Yes, he still bugs God about us), so I don't think there's any space for "accepting Jesus into his heart". The Scripture says, "What communion (relationship) hath light with darkness? What concord (agreement) hath Christ with Belial (sin)? " Since God has NO PART of "darkness" (sin) the sinner only has two choices, separation from God forever, or repentance. Satan sadly chose the former. I can see the logic in your expression, but because of the nature of Satan's choice, it can only be surmised that any "redemption" or repentance on Satan's part would be impossible.

Oh, trust me. According to most Christians Satan repenting and accepting Jesus will never happen. The mythology would fall apart if Satan had any hope of being redeemed or saved.

Well Satan hasn't denied the holy spirit, which is the only unforgivable sin, so he could theoretically accept Jesus and become forgiven.

But I suppose that's what you'd call a loophole in the mythology.

No, because people would still be held accountable for the sins they have committed.
