Ok this has to do with my previous question, my pain in my thraot is getting worse and its on both sides now! I think my tonsils are swollen too. My mom is a Dr. But shes at work right now I called her and she said to gargle warm salt water, so I did and it helped a bit but i need someone to help me quick!!IM LEAVING FOR A TRIP TO NEW JERSEY IN LIKE 2 HOURS has this happened to anyone before? wut should I do?
I took my temperature and its 97.2 F. so I'm not sick. PLEASE HELP QUICK

You can buy products that relieve sore throat symptoms. Cloroceptic is one. You can buy it at any drug store or supermarket. Also, I would use hot water not warm. Not boiling hot but hot out of the tap, assuming your water comes out fairly hot to the touch. 97.2 is a little low, it is too hot to drink some hot coco? That'll make your throat feel nice too and give you a little sugar boost. Look up, it's only a sore throat it'll go away but you may be getting a cold or something so try not to over exert yourself and stay well rested. Don't stress.=)

hot tea with lemon and honey helps, but it could be either viral or bacterialogical. If viral, treat the symptoms with tylenol, throat spray etc. If not, you may need anti biotics to kick it. You should get a strep test too. In the early stages, it doesn't cause a fever.

Try drinking water slowly so you wont be dehydrated.
