Pink is big for guys right now so finding giant pink flip flops isn't a big deal. Besides that they make giant flip flops for women with giant feet so you can get a pair of those.
I don't think you should wear a thong. Why don't you get one of those underwears that look like animals. For instance your penis would be the elephant's trunk. That would go really well with your tuxedo t-shirt.

I found a great pair of hot pink sandals with huge white and red glitter trimmed flowers @ TJ Max which should do nicely.
