This girl is really attracted to me and always seems to want to spend the days "together" in bed, etc. She is a great person and is there whenever I need her. A lot of times she's just suddenly "in the mood" when she comes near me, and it's great. The intimate times are a total thrill...she seems to get very loud and "vocal" with enjoyment every time. We really care about each other, but I can't stand being with someone under false pretenses...I HATE having a skeleton in my closet and I hate to feel I've manipulated a girl, so.......
..should I come clean? What I mean is:

ARE your pretenses false? That question can only be answered if both of you are aware of each other's answer to the burning question, "what do we both want, here?"
If all she wants is a good romp in the sack (and to smell your Axe body spray), and all you want is to get your own rocks off, well then what false pretenses are there?
I'm not endorsing or condemning this kind of relationship, but it sounds like you already have ideas of "false pretenses," which means you either want more with her and she doesn't, or she wants more with you and you don't -- neither of which you really make clear.
I'd get clear on that. I wouldn't only smell clean, I'd come clean.

IF you are serious and paranoid about that, then by all means, yes tell her. Honesty is always the best policy!!
