You could have an infection. Do you clean really good under it or after you jerk off do you clean really good see bacteria grows and then it gets infected? That could be the problem if it doesn't go away then go to your Dr.

your helmet is growing too fast for your shaft. a very dangerous situation. often the helmets can explode if not treated.
