According to your BMI (body mass index) you are in normal weight range for your age with a BMI of 24.6. However, you are also at risk for becoming overweight and should take steps to avoid that. You are concerned enough to ask the question so I'm a little surprised that you don't want to take action. YOU are the only one that has control of your weight. It is greatly impacted by what you are putting into your body as well as how much you exercise. If you are refusing to exercise than there is a good chance you will be an overweight adult. I hope you change your mind about the exercise thing. People wonder why America is fat and it's because people don't care enough to be good to their bodies. You ask if you are fat, I ask if you care? If you do care then I suggest you exercise and watch the foods you eat. Good luck and good health!!! Remember no excuses, your body is the one thing you have control over; be good to it - - it's the only one you're gonna get!! And for the record, we all do things we 'don't feel like' because it's the right thing to do. Nothing worth having ever comes easy. You have to put in some effort. . that's the only way. . . .

You don't sound fat, maybe a little overweight. There's a difference. Being overweight means like 10-15 pounds over the weight you are supposed to be. Being fat or obese, is more than 20 pounds over the weight you are supposed to be. I wouldn't worry about it. You're still growing and you will fill out the older you get.

You're definitely not fat, but you're not necessarily very skinny either, to be honest.
You're still growing, but if you don't exercise you're only going to gain weight in the future. Exercise isn't only good for weight loss, it's also good for your entire body, building up your stamina, muscle, overall health and etc.
Play some sports or something, and stay away from the junk food and sodas.

if you dont feel like exercising then learn to be happy with yourself and except the fact that you are probally going to be a fat @ss one day and that girls your age are going to laugh in your face when you ask them out. If you hate running and crap like that take up a sport ike football or soccer something that makes running fun. and stick to it. 5 ft and 130 lbs isnt to bad, but that crap will catch up to you and before you know it you'll have those big ol' love handles and people will be throwing cup cakes at you for their amusement. so put down that stupid @ss xbox go outside and runaround and stay away from the McDonalds.

your not overweight yet, but if you continue on without losing weight, you will weigh a lot more after puberty, if you dont want to exercise, that really limits your weight loss options, the only other way to lose weight would be to eat right, and stay active, but make it better than exercise, play sports, you sound like you'd make a good football player

Fine, I won't tell you to exercise.
Don't eat so much. Quit playing video games. Play some sports.
Additional: I don't think you are fat but I do think that you should be more active and/or should eat less, else you will get there soon.
