You can request copies or Transcripts of your W2 information from the IRS by Completing form 4506 for copies or 4506T for transcripts.
You can also request transcripts via a phone call to the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 or 1-800-829-0922

You have to contact the employer in which you wish to obtain it from and they should be able to send you a copy.

I believe you have to contact your employer for that year. They issued your W-2, which includes the wages you earned for a particular tax year.
