God loves everybody. Even Osama Bin laden. Everyone is his child. I would say yes, God will accept anyone at anytime.
He loves you and you know, just try to have faith in him. Just because you do not see his presence, absolutly DOES NOT mean that he is not with you. Have faith in Christ.
God Bless.

The best verse I have found that answers that question is 2 Corinthians 4:4
(King James Version)
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
(New International Version)
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
(The Message v.3-4)
If our Message is obscure to anyone, it's not because we're holding back in any way. No, it's because these other people are looking or going the wrong way and refuse to give it serious attention. All they have eyes for is the fashionable god of darkness. They think he can give them what they want, and that they won't have to bother believing a Truth they can't see. They're stone-blind to the dayspring brightness of the Message that shines with Christ, who gives us the best picture of God we'll ever get.
Satan blinds unbelievers with lies so that when they hear the Gospel, they have all ready hardened their hearts and wont accept it. I believe everyone will get a chance to accept or deny the truth. Currently, I dont have all the answers to "How will this be accomplished?" or "What about people in the past?" but there will be a time when we all look back and see that God was fair, just, and patient to all people.

God does do things to try to get them to believe but they have to be looking for the signs and know how to interpet them. Also, God has blessed us with an ability to make our own choices that way when the end of the world comes he will truely know what "side your on" because of what you believed and did. For the people brought up the way they were... that is our positions as christians to help them and teach them how great God is. Haveing people like this tests us as christians; to let us shine and to help teach us to others.

It says right in the bible to not sin...and to not let the devil control your life...everyone has a choice and chances are that he has shown these people a way and they have rejected it...and for those who do believe in God it is our job to try and help those as much as we can and spread gods word there is only so much he can do.....you must try and help this person if you have love for God...I am not a preacher...and I am not accurate on alot of thin because I myself dont understand the bible very well...But I thank god for life and i ask to be forgiven my sins and thats all you can really hope for.....god didnt just choose certian people like I said he gave everyone a choice...he gave everyone tests they must go through...There is always signs god is giving you it is your choice if you ignore them and god is very angry with people and this does hurt him.......times are coming to an end very very soon I hope you believe in god yourself.....

God has made us all aware of Him. Man is without excuse. Romans 1)
It is the fool that says there is no God.
He gives you free will. He will not force you to obey. He does not force you to accept Him. That is love.
He is not willing that any perish but neither will he have those in his presence who are not holy.
There are very few people alive on earth especially in the western cultures who have not heard the word spoken or have no access to the scripture. God will not chase you down. He wants people who will seek Him out.
The term is free will. Atheist choose to reject God. God will not duct tape them to a chair and force them to accept him.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."
(John 3:16-17)
God loves everyone, the believer and the non-believer. That's why he gave us free will so that we may choose which one we will be when we live and die. He took the form of a human, Jesus Christ, to be beaten, bruised, broken, and finally crucified as payment for the sins of mankind's past, present, and future. Whether or not you choose to accept that and let Jesus into your heart determines whether or not you go to Heaven.
For those who do not even know who Jesus is, that's where Christians, followers and soldiers of Christ, come in. Because we have given our lives to Christ, we choose to spread the Gospel and tell of what God did for us, because we don't want to see anyone burn in Hell. I know I don't. It's not a question of whether or not God loves you, because he does. The question is: Can you love Him back?

God does plenty to show them he exists & that He cares.
Creation is all around us.
God can read hearts & you can be assured that He will draw those that he deems worthy. James 4:8 says: "Draw close to God, and he will draw close to YOU. Cleanse YOUR hands, YOU sinners, and purify YOUR hearts, YOU indecisive ones."
They are born with a spiritual need. They learn to hate God. It is not natural or normal for them not to believe.
maybe they have had negative experiences in life that made them apathetic towards God. That is not God's fault, they chose this stand.
When they hear truth & deny it, that was their chance. They have a chance now to listen to reason.
God wants all to attain repentence, but there IS coming a time for judgment. It has to end somewhere so God can reinstate HIS original purpose for the Earth.
the links below elaborate on this discussion:

I think that everyone pretty much agrees that George Bush exist and is the head of our (USA) country. But does that make eveyone want to serve him, agree with his politics, support his agenda, etc? I think not.
Even if God were to appear in the sky, totally visible, wearing a bright red hat and thundering "Here I am", many people still would not follow him. So it would make no difference to those people whether he appeared or not.
There is evidence all over the place of God's existence, if one wants to honestly look. It can be seen in nature, in human nature, in moral law, in the scriptures, in history, in the lives of those who know him, in answered paryer, in miracles, and a thousand other ways. There is no legatimate excuse to not believe in God.
Most estimates place the number of atheist at around 8%. So there is apparently enough evidence to convince 92% of people that "something" is there. Do you realize that is higher then the number of Americans who believe that Arab terrorist ran planes into the World Trade Center, or that the Holocaust happened?
Give me a suggestion on how God should change them? He already came in human form. He already fully explained himself in the Bible for anyone who wants to read it. He already set up pastors and priest, etc., to teach people about him. He already send his followers into the entire world to reveal the truth about him.
But just as there are people who will never be convinced that the world is not flat, or that dinosaurs existed, or that Bush actually won the 2000 election, so there are people who will never believe in God. Not because of anything God has failed to do, but because of a decision on their part not to believe.

The Bible says that God has revealed himself since the beginning of time to all mankind through creation, so that those who ignore the signs all around them and choose to not believe are "without excuse." The Bible also says that God draws us to himself. Some respond to his voice and others choose not to.
Clearly God is not limited to those who have been raised to believe in him since people from all religions and walks of life choose to believe in God and follow after Jesus. I remember hearing a Muslim man tell of how he prayed to God to reveal the truth and how a man "accidentally" ended up at his house the next day, telling him about Jesus. I once "randomly" began a conversation with a woman who began crying, telling me that just the night before she had asked God that if he was real, would he please send someone to tell her about Him.
God promises that if you seek him, you will find him. He invites us to draw near to him, and promises to draw near to us. He says that he "is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Yes, he loves us all and extends the same invitation to all. Unfortunately, not all will respond to the invitation.
Blessings.

He has, but people are stubborn. why would God give people who say "oh, it's aliens" or "oh, it's a scientific anomoly" a sign to say these things?
God works with what is there. if they are agnostic (not Agnostic, the belief that we cannot know about God, but agnostic, sitting on the fence of theism and atheism), then they have a chance. atheists can move to agnosticism. it's rarely ever a big leap that is made
"proof" is relative. "our radio-carbon dating says that the earth is 4.5 billion years old" is there proof, and "radio-carbon dating is only accurate within for the first 600,000 years" may be someone else's proof.
He doesn't choose who does. we have free will. we are the elct because we have set ourselves apart according to His will.
