No, if you have a degree you shouldn't have much trouble getting work. The market is good right now, for electrical engineers, and companies like to hire young engineers (26 is young).

If you are worried that you are too old to go back to school:
no your not, I just graduated last year with my engineering degree. There were several people in my class in their late 20's and 30's. Most of them had resonable stories about working for a living for a few years, then deciding they wanted a college education and a better career and so they went back to school to start the process. One person even had 2 previous bachelors degrees but realized they didn't result in decent job opportunities like engineering would, he was in his mid 30's but his age and background actually helped him find a job.
you will still come into a job at entry level, but you might get slightly better pay or have an advantage in getting the job because you will be considered more mature, and if you have any other education or work experience it will help, even if its not related to the specific job.
If you are worried that you are too young:
you are not, many people go into engineering directly out of high school, most graduates are in their early or mid 20's. There are plenty of entry level positions in all engineering fields, employers fully expect these positions to be filled by 20-somethings who are young and inexperienced, this is why the make separate job openings when they really need someone with experience. The main thing is to be mature, you are a young adult, not an old kid, how you present your cover letters and resume and how you dress and speak at interviews goes a long way to demonstrate maturity.
Age should not be a factor either way, Electrical engineering is a good field with lots of jobs and pretty decent pay so don't hesitate if its something that interests you and you think you have what it takes.

I would say no, how much experience do you have, what was your gpa, your background... all of those things will play a factor though.
