2. There are laws governing this earth. Gravity is an example. You can circumvent it temporarily, but eventually, you have to come back down. When God said that you reap what you sow, He was stating one of the laws of the earth. Those laws will work whether we are aware of them or not. And they will operate whether we are here or not. They exist because of Him. There are other laws that govern us that are not religious laws. We are subject to them all. If He did not make us aware of them, they would still operate in the earth.

God knows what is best for us, but He allows us to have freedom of choice. Unfortunately, when we choose unwisely, we must deal with our own consequences.

Harming others is never nobel and is against the very nature of God. He would never agree to such a thing. As far as bagels, it is of no matter.

God knows what is best for us. If you let him he will show you and lead you. The problem is that people try to take control over their life and they need to let God take control. Trust in him and he will guide you.

It's not a decision He makes.
It is knowledge that He has.

Since He is God, who are we (and what good does it do) to question Him?
"Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft."

If there were no civil laws in this world, Christians would have even killed their own children for pleasing god.

If man would have listened to God from the beginning, we would never have known death, sickness or war.

i think the difference here is that God "knows" what's best but we still the freedom choice.
in other words he "knows" which road you'll take but you can still "choose" another.

He knows already, and warns us from love. We just don't listen sometimes, some less than others.
