Alli works by blocking some of the FAT that you eat from being absorbed. So if you are eating only fruit, you aren't eating any fat, and the Alli has no purpose.

If you are having problems with hunger, go for lean proteins. Egg whites, chicken breast, tunafish, etc. will help fill you up for very little calories. And vegetables for snacking.

You have had no protein, your calorie intake is ridiculously low, and your carbohydrates are all from fruit, whose natural sugars are burned up very quickly. No wonder you're hungry. Regardless of your Alli pill, you are starving yourself.

Go eat some egg whites and oatmeal. Right now. Seriously. Come back and read the rest of this when you're done.

For lunch have lean protein, like turkey, chicken, or tuna, on a whole grain bread or wrap, with veggies.

If you are going to eat that little, then don't bother taking the Alli pill. It only helps reduce the amount of fat that your body holds onto. Since so far today, you haven't eaten any fat, don't waste your money on the pills.

Have you tried looking at the myalli.com website.. I WOULD highly recommend that you read it BEFORE you take another pill...OH and I just read the website....Don't make any plans for this weekend and stay close to the bathroom.....NOT KIDDING it actually says "you may want to wear dark pants and "bring a change of clothes to work.." Because, you can/will **** yourself.... So, stay away from anything with visible fat.. IE Pizza, Hamburgers etc... Buy some depends so if you go somewhere you won't have to worry about pooping yourself...
