The thought of not having that first cup of coffee of the morning disturbs me, and those within a 5 mile radius!

Of course it feels good, caffeine is a drug after all. The disturbing bit is that you can buy as much as you like from the shops. Exercise and healthy sleep, best buzz in the world.

Love me morning cuppa and it does taste great but I use decaf now and it's surprisingly just as good! Caffiene used to make me so hypo that I could'nt sleep & went a bit loopy....but I still get me lifesaving coffee without the mad eye tick and twitching body, lol (only kidding)

No, I love it! Can't wake up or think straight without it. What disturbs me is not being able to have my caffeine in the morning.

for lent i gave up coffee,since the end of easter i have only had one caffinated drink! cut out all tea coffee and cola,i feel so much better now!!

I'm a heavy tea-drinker but I'm amazed how good my cuppa was an hour ago. I'd just indulged in vigorous sexual relations so maybe that has something to do with it. It was heavenly.
