Why do people address questions to atheists on this site, and when the atheists do not agree with their preconceived notion of "correctness", they get all angry. And then tell the atheists they do not belong on this site.

If atheists were not allowed on this site, how could we answer their questions?

People address questions to Atheists because some have valid questions they would like answers to.

Same as some Athiests have valid questions for Christians.

But most of the questions and the anger that ensues are from trolls on both sides just looking to fight.

Example:
Every Christian that puts down Atheists need to accept God or that they are moraless and unethical because they don;t have religion or they are going to hell.

Every Atheist that feels the have to add the word "imaginary friend" to any comment or brainwashed or simply don;t answer the question and put only ever God does not exist.

These on both sides have no intention of using the board for what it is for, communication. (and one is just as bad as the other implying people do not have the right to believe in whatever the wish to believe)

Both sides get angry and quite frankly need to grow up.

> Why do people address questions to atheists on this site,

Deep down, they want an honest answer.

> and when the atheists do not agree with their preconceived notion of "correctness", they get all angry.

They cannot handle the truth.

If atheists weren't allowed on this site how would we even know their questions existed or that we were supposed to answer them? Everyone is in titled to their opinion and not on persons is right or wrong. The opinions are based on what an individuals think, believe or feel. What does it honestly matter how a question is addressed?

Atheists belong here as much as anyone. If you already have the answers, why are you asking questions?

Well, Mixed Blessings, I guess it is because they want to know something about them. But they might as well expect t that they are not going to agree with the answer.

Atheists can be just as rude and angry and abusive however. I have seen it many times here. They insult Christians regularly. So you could ask the same question of them.

That is like me asking you to help me move my TV into my car, and then yelling "help, she's stealing my TV."

Some people's lives are so boring, that they have to make drama to get upset about.

as for "I Adore Jesus": "Flee from it, pass not by it: go aside, and forsake it. (Prov. 4: 14, 15)"...... I guess that means that she should get out of the country.

Christians are prone to wishful thinking and pipe dreams.

I am not one of these people you are discussing. I am a Christian who welcomes your thoughts and theories.

To I adore Jesus. How does your answer relate to the question?

I think they like to justify themselves and try to make us look bad.
