all you have to do is send flowers and a sympathy card to her new employer (ha ha). don't give her anything if you don't like her. hope you job is better without her. Good Luck

If you don't like her, why is a gift necessary? If there's some reason, such as maintaining a professional contact, then a simple card wishing her well should suffice. You could also find out if there's a collection being taken up and just contribute to that.
If a gift is absolutely necessary, consider a modest picture frame from a card shop.
