You are addicted to laxatives. It happens to many people that take laxatives regularly. You should definetly stop using laxatives and get on a diet that is high in fiber. You can also take fiber pills. If it is not going to work you should go see a doctor and they will weane you off the laxatives.

Not enough info. Are there other symptoms? If it's recent, have there been any recent dietary changes? As previously mentioned, you may need to increase fiber. Chopped up flax seeds can possibly help.

If there's itchiness, and a myriad of other symptoms too long to list here, check for parasites (do an internet search for parasites to find associated symptoms). Any recent trips to 3rd world countries or eating suchi?

Is there a low back/sciatic problem? Could be a disk and you need to be evaluated by a medical doctor or chiropractor urgently.

miralax,(generatic of miralax) glycolax,I think miralax is now over the counter.and benefiber(over the counter) are all fiber products that help. and you must drink water. these fiber products can even be put in water and you don't know they are there. add it to your cereal or milk or soft drink or sprinkle on food. If you keep using laxatives you become dependent on them and that is not good. These products give you a natural movement.

Start paying attention to the food that you consume. My husband has the same problem and it is usually when he eats out or red meat. Eating a lot of fiber helps. i would cook him Okra is a spicy sauce and that helps him. Sometimes, he will end up drinking rum and coke to help him go and it works. You would want to see a specialist though to see what it wrong. Drink a lot of water too.

dependancy on laxatives is a hard battle to win. you need to increase your fluid intake and use a stool softener like sodium docusate. The body needs a minimum of two liters of water every day, more if you suffer with constipation. Suggest that if you want to get rid of your dependancy, that is what you need to do.

Always a good idea to see a doctor in case there is something seriously wrong other than becoming laxitive dependent.

Do a body cleansing, but change your diet and exercise first. I had the same problem, but mine was due to not getting enough exercise and prescription medication.
