I have a variety of favorite songs that change on a daily basis but at this moment I'd say my favorite is Levon by Elton John. Does that count as religious?
I hardly listen to any religious music, and I'm a Christian.
Edit: Okay, I changed my mind, I'm more in a David Gray mood and I'll go with Easy Way to Cry. No, still not religious.

My favorite song is Planet Hell by Nightwish.
No, it is not religious per se, but it does have some religious connotations. The band itself isn't Christian, though I believe the keyboardist is Catholic, or at least he was raised that way.
The lyrics can be found here:

Right now, "I am Free" byt the Newsboys, and yep - it's religious.
"I am free to run
I am free to dance
I am free to live for you
I am free
I am free"
