You have to love yourself. There is nothing wrong w/ you. Be happy w/ who you are and accept yourself.

The BMI chart calculation is too general for everybody to use. Ask your doctor if you are at a healthy weight for your height and build.
If you are tall, bball girl, then the BMI ranges are not a good indicator. I am very tall, and thin to average build, yet according to the BMI, I'm about 6 pounds away from being overweight.

Everybody's body composition is different. I don't pay much attention to those standardized tests. However, it sounds like you may have an eating/body image disorder. Don't be ashamed; this is pretty common for women, especially teenagers. Though it is common, it is still very serious. Please talk to a therapist, nutritionist, counselor, or someone else who is trustworthy, because, honestly, do you want to live the rest of your life feeling this way about your body?? There is hope for healing, but you may have to ask for help..

just eat regulary and never go on those crash diets when you feel "fat". that's how eathing disorders start, when you think you're getting fat when the truth is your perfectly normal. if you can't get over the I'm fat phase then I think you should go see a therapists or just get moral support from your family.

you have a self image problem, probably would do you good to discuss it with a therapist that specializes in eating disorders.
