max is 60% i think.
But it is up to the judge if it goes to court.
Otherwise it will depend on the agreement between the two of you. It could also depend on how good a lawyer you have among other things.

Divorce court can only use your base pay, but that has NO bearing on the ruling. If the court decides that you will pay more than you earn, then you're screwed until you can get a new ruling. The courts are aware that all your extra pay (BAH, BAS, etc) can disappear as quickly as they can be issued.

They use everything...Base Pay, BHA, and BAS...trust me....that is how they did mine...and if you get promoted she can go back and ask for more...just pray you were not married to her for over 10 years, then she gets half of your retirement...it is an unfair system...your BAS is only for you, not your family...but the Military does have BAH Diff...which helps out...

Sorry but your screwed. Might as well give it all away including but not limited to the following:
ears, eyes, heart, left and right arms. If your lucky they might let see a paper clipping of your kids graduation that you paid for.

absolutely not. They calculate your subsistence allowance, housing allowance, and special duty pay, combat zone pay, etc.
Bottom line: If they give it to you, prepare to give a portion of it to the kids.
