should i make surgery or no?

hi..iam going to be 16 years in 2 months,,i have a scar around my eyes,its brown in color,and its permenant and i had it when u was very young..its around my eyes and in my eye brows..should i make a laser surgery or it may cause me blindness and not able to stand in the sun?and do u know what is the cost of it??and if u know a specialist in toronto,canada?plz i want an expert answer

a surgeon experienced in laser surgery will not blind you or cause any changes in your eyesight as a result of removing or changing the appearance of scars. I would get a second opinion. Even for something as minor as that, the way I look at it, any time you have to cut into something should be a last resort. I don't know much about carpal tunnel, but depending on what you do that caused it, maybe see if there's physical therapy or something you can do to strengthen those muscles or something.
