If we never heard the word "god" or ever has anyone tell us that there is some great mysterious being above us, we would go about our lives just as now, except there would be no churches.
One other difference would be that people wouldn't believe in zombies, ghosts, casting of spells, the evil eye, etc. The church teaches the supernatural. The step from the religious supernatural to all other supernaturals is small, and easily made.
What would "god" be without religion ? He is now only in the imagination of the superstitious. Without religion, he would disappear even from that.

Apart of Me, when I meditate, I connect to a source so hard to explain that comes in a vision that would only mean Just "The Almighty One" to me. A very Wise and Gentle man in my vision who has an energy so strong it is hard to take sometimes
To me just a greater more powerful source then we could even find on earth

Love & Blessings

I don't believe in god but I would explain it like this. I think god is a very evil thing. He sees everything we do and the suffering the children of this world go through, has the power to save them and doesn't. I would explain him like a tyrant but the worst of all tyrants wants up to worship him but doesn't give us a sign or anything to even know he is there.

"god" is simply everything you can see and imagine and everything you cannot. I prefer the spelling "gawed" myself. The "god" name itself has too much negativity attached to it by the writings and behavior of those professing to follow "him".
