Call around to area vets ans see if your county (or a nearby area) has an ABC clinic (Animal Birth Control). They do extremely low cost spaying/neutering and first shots. Often area shelters have coupons available too for $10-$15.00 off visits and most vets accept them.

I got my cats when they were about 7-weeks-old. I got a brother and sister and my bill rang up to $50 to $100. On our first visit the vet did a regular check-up (checked for fleas, listened to their heart, checked their eyes and ears, felt for irregularities in their organs), cut their nails and gave them their first shots. Luckily for us, the vet didn't charge us for the visit, only for the medication.
My advice would be to check around a few places, call different vets and get some price points, or even try local animal shelters because your city may offer select animal services.

You could also try bringing them to a humane society and getting their shots there. They will most likely give you a deal on shots because you are taking care of kittens instead of letting all the cats become strays.

I went and rechecked the records I have on my kittens before I answered this. And for both kittens (a brother and sister from the same litter), the final figure for the initial visit was about 165.00. You might be able to get financial assistance. This was back in '03, though.
Good luck!

If you have access to a mobile vet clinic (van ), it will cost about 55 dollars for everything. Shorts ,neutering/spaying , checkup and ear infestations, also nail clipping if needed.
If vet needed, will run 75-80 for a male and 90-100 for a female.
Take good care of them

Call the vet and ask. Most times when there are more than one they will offer you a litter rate.
