You could probably find one for cheap on Ebay. Contacting Ford may work, but I doubt they keep manuals around for 7 year old vehicles. If you're using the manual to do work on the vehicle, go to your local auto parts store and buy a service manual for the vehicle. It'll cost $10-$15 , but they're an excellent resource of information, and will pay for themselves if you use them.

you can get this off the ford motor co website.look for parts and service..just did one for my daughters 99taurus.didnt download it because it is a lot of info. its in adobe acrobat form
