im going to the MVA 2 morow to get my drivers permit will the give me an yey exam right their?

Seeing as you say MVA, I am going to guess that you are in Maryland! If so, when you go for your permit, you will have to pass the eye test, and then you will be given the law test. The test is not that hard, if you have read and understand the drivers handbook. If you do not have the handbook, you can get it here.
