Drinking water is great for your skin. Most people don't drink nearly enough water.
Believe it or not, foods that have some fats in them are good for your skin. With these foods though, too much will get you fats.

water is the best.. it detoxs your WHOLE BODY (not just ur face)!.. drink 8 glass a day to make sure...add a burst of lemon juice (freshly squeezed) if u dont like the taste of plain water...
fruits and veggies are always good.. the more vibrant the color, the better it is (think broccoli, paprika,etc..)..
salmon or any other fish with omega-3 oil is also good...
stay away from sweets, junk food, and deep fried foods to keep your skin nice and clear!

hi animaniac , vegtebles and fruits r the best food 4 healthy skin
and be sure to have a good plenty of water
and you can use this mask : -4spoons white flour
-2 spoons of bees honey
-3 spoons of milk
this mask is from the old masks and it's called princess's mask
coz it;s said that alot of beautiful princess in the middle age used to use it coz it moisture the skin and protect it from harmful sun rays

The number one drink is water. Then there are fresh fruit juices and milk.
Also non greeasy or fried food, fruits, vegetables, pure protein, like baked or boiled chicken, fish, eggs(don't over do it), olive oil and stuff like that.

water is the best thing you can give to your skin.
add a lot of fresh fruits and veggies to your diet..and the fruit is betr than juice..
avoid oily stuff as much as u can...
include coconut in ur diet if you can,apply tomatoes to ur face
