The gangs of today are certainly less organized than they were of the 70's.
The gang you mention...if information I've obtained is accurate...is mentioned to exist in the Philadelphia area and as stated only "...a couple of people mention the DTOs—Dykes Taking Over, at University City High School."

O'Reilly is insane. This is just some homophobic dribble trying to convince people to be afraid of gays.
After a quick search, I found that he was talking about a case that happened over a year ago. Some gay women were hanging out outside a gay bar, when some homophobic man came up and started calling them slurs and spiting at them, so they beat him up.
