It takes up to two years, depending on type of visa applied for, to get the right to immigrate to the USA. It only takes a day to cross over the boarder. You'll also find that most Illegal immigrants in New York are Europeans.

There is no reason anyone should be an illegal immigrant and they are jumping ahead of anyone who has spent the time to fill out the paperwork. Personally I feel that if you haven't done the paper work then you don't deserve the right to stay.

Response to "TURTLE "

There are 40 Million Mexican Americans in the United States
That Are Not Illegal And Most Of them are 3rd generation Americans.

12 Million of the 20 million illegal immigrants are from Mexico.

So I'm Not Sure what makes you say
85% of the Mexicans in the United States are Illegals.
Apparently you haven't learned anything in math.

But I will tell you this -watch your fu**ing mouth-
Or this could turn into a race war-
and with 52 Million Mexicans in the United States and an Additional 90 Million in Mexico
Not to mention the support from every Islamic country and person in the world thats 1 billion people by itself-
plus the North Koreans with their Nuke's and the Chinese
I see a lot of White folks in this country losing Big.

Lets not let it get to that point because
if it does turn into a race war- the whites would not and could not win- Do you think the Black People Might Save You?
Keep Dreaming On that one.

Mexicans are friends in a world where America doesn't have many friends we should try and maintain the friends we do have.

Stating things like "85% of the mexicans in the US are Illegals" thats a fast track to no where and its a baby step towards the fall of our country.

You insult people with statements like that.
And be warned -it leads to war.

Because Liberal/PC America loves bringing them in. They're often illegal b/c they know by coming here even illegally they'll get benefits, welfare, social services, and basically anything else they so desire. They leave their poor economy countries and try to take all they can from the US which is starting to hurt the US. The Canadians up north on the other hand, have their country straightened and have no reason to sneak in.

Because the so called 'hard workers' are too lazy to apply correctly and keep up with the paperwork. They also did not want to wait their turn. They want it when they want it and just invaded.

Also, they look at our salary that they can make and figure if they work a couple years here, they can return home and live off the money and not have to work.

Such hard workers.

Simple, because Mexico and Cuba are directly South of the states. Plus you have idiots handing out maps to them showing which way to go.

First off Alias, to my knowledge there were no illegal immigrant laws back then, now there are.

85% of mexicans inside the USA are illegal. There are about 50,000 Irish illegals. mexicans have NO respect, they pretend they have some sort of birthright to the land the USA owns (by virtue of having PAID for it)and they want to have a war with us. It's basic, arcane jealousy.

Because the border is right there, and economic conditions in the US are so much better than Mexico and South America.
See, these questions aren't really so tough, are they?

That's simple: Because the laws bar immigration unless you are filthy rich - ordinary pauvre amigo = not allowed to come to the USa (it is a good question if you believe in the give us your tired huddled masses myth which no longer applies, you see)
