I have heard specualation that he is a candidate for the antichrist. I do not belive that. The EU are now looking for someone that has the ability to make treatys. Some chrisitans think that Javia Solona is the antichrsit, again more speculation. Yes the antichrist is alive today, but will not be reviled until the apropriate time, when the church has gone. Have you also noticed that Turkey's ties with Russia are getting stronger? Like Russia and Iran. (Gog and magog war) Now the EU are talking about seriously of looking for someone who can make treatys work. Christains we are not only in the last days, but the last hours. Are you ready for the biggest banquet of all times? I am, and looking forward to it. This is for christians only.

I am not saying Tony Blair is the Presedent, but when he leves office as Prime Minister very soon, the EU are looking at him as the first Presedent of the EU. Are you looking up?

I knew ages ago he was hankering to be the Emperor of the E.U. and so it came as no surprise. I don't think he is the man of sin though. He doesn't seem to meet the biblical criteria.

Since it is only the fundies and JW's who actually believe in that Book of Revelation literalism for the furure it probably won't come to be. Why? Mainline Protestants (Anglicans, Episcopalians, Methodists, Disciples of Christ, Lutherans, etc) as well as Catholics and Orthodox Christians don't buy into it. Besides most fundy groups can't even agree on the order of things: pre-trib, post-trib, amillennial, pre-millennial, etc. etc. etc! All of that garbage is actually called Darbyism -- invented by Darby in the 1800's. Real people of God have far too much work to do like feeding the poor, tending the sick, etc. to waste precious God-given time, talents and treasure to mere speculation of when the end will come just so you don't have to pitch in and help.
It is a known fact that SOME fundy groups don't give a hoot about the ecology and other topics because they believe the end is soon -- so why bother when there won't be an ecology at all before too long? That's not Christianity....that's rationalism. Its also called -- in very simple terms -- cop out.

The EU might be viewed as the revived Roman Empire but it has feet of clay - Blair is an idiot and the Antichrist (if indeed he ever shows up) will be loved by the world and respected and be wonderful and beautiful, fooling the lot of them. So the Antichrist is likely to be from beyond our dimension. An extradimensional manifestation of the Fallen One. He will of course claim to be extraTERRESTRAIL. Blair is just an empty vacuous man who sold his soul for power. He got a raw deal. As for the end, it can't come soon enough but there is a lot that has to happen before it does. In the end, the day you die is the end of your world and you go to timelessness, so don't worry about it.

I think Tony Blair is an honorable man and a staunch ally of the United States. I don't know about his stance on moral issues, but I have never heard anything negative. Yes, you are right about Russia. Putin is turning her into a dictatorship. The stage is being set. May God have mercy on us all. Every day is one day closer to Jesus' return. Thank you for your post.
