Tricky question - most people regard Class as being the same as snobbery, but putting on airs, displaying aristocratic etiquette and dressing fashionably is not having class.
True class is shown in your concern for putting others at their ease. There is a story that an African Chief was entertained by the Queen of England and he shocked courtiers by picking up food with his fingers and eating without the use of knife and fork. The Queen, rather than showing off her impeccable manners, immediately picked up a piece of chicken and ate it the same way, so her guest would not be embarrassed. That is having class.

To me it is showing respect for others while showing respect for yourself; it is rising above situations and not being petty. Class has nothing to do with how much money you have, but how much respect you show to others.
