I was and I've tried to stop several times and each time I've managed to go longer before starting again but this time I've gone almost two years now with out biting them .
my nails look great now I'm really pleased with them.

When I was a kid I used to bite my nails. Now I drive people crazy with finger tapping when I get fidgety.

I use to be, but kicked the habit along with smoking. thing is, my 14 year old son not only bites his fingernails, he also gets after the toe nails!!! he must get that from his mom's side...lol
