I need information about why sometimes,my internet connection becomes very slow.
And sometimes,there's no connection at all.
Is there anyone who could tell me why this happened?

1)modem/router - unplug the power & turn it back on & wait 4 3 minutes

2)computer - diagnose network connection or restart computer

it depends upon the speed of the connection and the type of service provider you use. sometimes they'll slow down due to network traffic...
