So i'm having my period (second day) and its seriously painful, like someone keeps kicking me around that area. I feel like I'm hungry but I just had some soda and ate some dinner a few hours ago (cereal).
Can I get some help to stop this pain?

You can get painkillers for periods at the pharmacy.Place a hot water bottle or heat pad on your stomach.Drink plenty of water, and take some gentle exercise like walking or yoga.Oh, and avoid the soda as it will make you feel worse as it can cause trapped wind when you are having a period.Cut down on caffeine too.
Hope you get well soon.

Take 200 mg of Advil (ibuprofen) every 4 to 6 hours. It inhibits the release of prostaglandin, the hormone that causes cramps. Also, a warm bath or heating pad will help.
P.S. Midol contains caffeine as an active ingredient, so why everyone is telling you to avoid caffeine is beyond me.

If it's unusual for you to have painful period, I suggest get it checked. Otherwise, hot compresses, warmth of bed and some pain killer (what suits you) will do. Take light diet , avoid constipation. Good luck!

You need to see your dr to have them evaluate this further to see what they think could be causing this pain. Because of the seriousness of this pain I would recommend the ER.
