It makes me crazy. I hate that word for some reason. "Should" is jugmental and it makes me nuts.

I think you're losing your perspective. We do not all bed down in a field of roses. Nor do we always find what we "should", even if we found the one thing that made us who we truly are. I once had a prof. that asked, "do you think that the 'mist' exists?" The 'gray' matter seems to be all that you look for. I will waste myself in telling you...'grey' matter is all that you will not see and 'gray' matter is all that you will ask for. Look beyond yourself. Does it irritate you that I have told you what you "should" do? Answer your own question...you will be a better person learning from the inside if what you 'should do' instead of looking for others to answer the one true question you may have in your life, other than the bed of roses you left behind.

Boy, do you have that right, especially since most of them are idiots.
The best way I learned to cope with this is to just remember one saying to keep things in perspective for the rest of your life:
"Everybody in the world is anasshole! Bar none."

With that point of view, you will be surprised how well everything falls into place. You will no longer be irritated by people telling you how to run your life.

Doesn't it make more sense to hear someone tell you, "What I think you might try doing is this". I have a mother and father whol told me what I "should" do all of my life. I don't need anyone else telling me now that I'm a grown man.

of coarse not I just love to be bossed around and told what to do and how to think ... the best part of all that is when these people who tell you what to do is when they absolutely take advantage of you and they tell you to do stuff that only benefits themselves............what are you out of your mind man no one tells me what to do or how i should do anything and the first person to think that they can well ...they can just go fry there a**
