well she probably has a lot of handbags, if that's what you mean, but as for a purse[ wallet-thing you put money in], why would she need one!? it's not like she nips out to tesco on a thursday morning to do the weekly shop. i don't mean to be rude, but she doesn't really have the necessity to carry one

I saw an interview and also the Movie The Queen where she is constantly carrying her purse with her. It's kind of funny. I think she even carry's that purse into the toilette. What might be in it I am asking? LOL

I believe that when she goes on an official visit somewhere her handbag is empty apart from a handkerchief. Her Lady -in -waiting carries a purse should the Queen need some money.

The Queen always carries a purse/handbag but she never carries any money. In fact, I imagine there's nothing actually in the handbag.

Someone told me that the Queen uses her purse as a signal device to those who are with her, when she does appearances in a crowd. Like, carried on left arm might mean "stay here for a while" , and on the right arm might mean "help me get away from here now." And carried in one hand might mean "pay attention, there may be danger here."

yes, i asked for some spare change the other day and they got out a big sack with a gold zip and a pound sign on the side. theyre really nice and they gave me a tenner......

She always carries a purse in her handbag. She also has various different gloves inside her handbag, which she uses various pairs when she does handshakes with people.

Yes, she has many purses.She uses it to carry her glasses,a handkerchief...but not money,unless it's a church day!
