First I would wonder why my co-workers want me to shut up. Is it because I'm being loud and obnoxious. I have no idea, I have no co-workers. My suggestion is to buy the company you work for, then see how many people tell you to shut up. ☺

Depending on how they said, "Shut up!" If asked nicely, I would! If asked rudely, they'd be fired! Yeah, I am the Captain!
