I am assuming you mean it squeels when you turn the steering wheel hard...

That indicates the belt to the steering pump is loose or there is a problem with the power steering.

Its not all that unusual for a new belt to need to be readjusted ONCE. So go back and tell the people who installed it that you think it may be loose. There's a high probability that it will just take 2 minutes to fix it.

The "belt conditioner" sprays are essentially useless. They might give the belt a bit of extra grip for a few days... They are really only useful if you want to make a bad belt to quit making noise while trying to sell a car.

Go buy some belt dressing and spray the belts while the engine is running. This should cure the problem.

Do you still have the old belts? If so, put them back on and check if it still squeaks. More than likely the new belts are the problem. You may need to buy a better quality belt.

New v-belts nearly always stretch after installation and need to be retightened. It is a simple fix. Don't waste your money on belt dressing.

prolly your power steering pump is low on fluid, or otherwise maloperative. check fluid level.
