Does anyone know of any car or van rental company in London, that will rent out to some one who is 21?

I've checked a lot of places, but they all say either 23 or 25. We just want to rent a car / van for one day.

I've done a search obviously, contacted loads of places, but what I'm specifically looking for is one which will rent it to some one who is only 21.

If you need a van to shift stuff, check your local press for a "man with a van" adverts. Very cheap and efficient

Simple answer is no.

Age restrictions are set by the insurance company so even if the hire company wished to do so they are prevented.

You could ask if they would hire if you provided your own insurance but the cost would be prohibitive and I suspect that none of them would.

Far cheaper as has been suggested, to hire a man with a van.
