Well.. I have about 4,000 on my prepaid debit card that was electronically deposited. On the online statement, it says that it is available on the current balance and on the available balance. However, when I go to try to withdraw from an ATM, it says Unauthorized or Denied #122.

Can someone please clarify to me why this is happening?

Your bank may have a 24-hour hotline number to call and ask. It should be on the statement and on the back of the credit card. Ask them. If you've already withdrawn money today, you may be past your limit. Otherwise, it may be because you haven't activated the card yet, or it may be an internal problem with the bank, or the pin code may be wrong.

The balance may not be officially hard posted. Wait a couple of business day. You should be able to use it on Tuesday.

If you chose primary checking, that may not work. Try choosing credit card. If not call the number on the back of the card and Try a different atm, that won't eat your card.
