If your neighbors are strange, what makes them strange?

Are they strangely secretive? Do they have strange meetings every week? Do they yell at each other when they talk to each other. Do they have 30 cats? Are they excessively dirty? Do they scold your children for no reason? Do they keep their shades down all the time? Do they never say hello? Do they seem to run on odd schedules -up all night? Do they house illegal immigrants? Smoke pot? Dress as if they are in the 1960s?

I have the weirdest neighbor ever! The woman that lives above us is, like, 65 and she is a personal trainer for other old people out of her home. That's not really weird, right? Well, I googled her, and she has a webpage of her in skanky leotards and exercise poses. Anyway, this is ironic, because she is an ageist and believes that we behave too promiscuously, and that we should behave according to her rules, but yet she is creating a scandalous webpage of herself?!? WTF!!! Also, she's one of those holier-than-thou kind of people, yet she confesses on her webpage that she has been divorced twice and bankrupt. Amongst other things, she goes to bed at 7:00 P.M. and wakes up around 4-5:00 A.M. So, we can't 'make noise' after 7:00 P.M. or she writes us a nasty letter in all capital letters. Additionally, she tries to fine us if we do something that she deems inappropriate, like turn on the T.V. too loud after her designated hours. This is incredibly funny and weird, because she is not a police officer, yet she believes that she can fine us monetarily for indiscretions that she makes up! Anyway, apparently we owe her $280 or something, which is gaining interest, by the way... What is she, a bank?!?
